Hey there!
I'm Mimi Ace – a Senior UX Designer working at ITX Corp in Rochester, NY. I work full time with our largest client, Paychex, designing enterprise software solutions.
I have experience working with agile delivery teams to provide user friendly design solutions, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
I led the UX strategy on several Paychex initiatives, including building a client self onboarding + e-commerce experience, integrating with voice assistants, and launching their apple watch app.
Lately, I've been working on creating shared, repeatable UX strategies that guide design solutions across the Paychex Flex product suite.
In my free time, I enjoy seeing friends, hanging out with my cat Mike, rock climbing, swimming, and working on my vegan food blog
